With fully managed services,
we will proactively monitor your network twenty-four hours a day in
order to prevent downtime. We will also monitor devices, such as your
printers, to make sure they are in tip-top working condition. If, for
example, we notice one of your printers is low in toner, we'll first
call to notify you, and next, we'll order the proper toner and have it
shipped to your site. When it gets there, one of our associates will
come and install the toner in the printer, if you so desire.
Another part of our proactive service is to constantly monitor the
inner workings of all the devices on your network, to make sure they are
all working within norms. If we spot a possible problem, we'll analyze
your log entries for the past few hours, and use that data to diagnose
any possible problems that need to be dealt with quickly. Then, we will
contact you with our findings. With your permission, we'll attempt to
remedy the situation from our office. If this doesn't fulfill your
expectations, we'll dispatch an associate to complete onsite
maintenance.
All of us know how easy it is to skip installing necessary updates
when they are needed. With our service this will no longer be a problem
for you—we'll automatically monitor your systems to make sure they all
have the proper updates installed in a timely manner. Such updates would
include, but not be limited to, security software which would include
antivirus software, Windows updates and application updates.
Along with all the services listed above, we'l verify your systems
have been backed up to avoid any loss of data. If your network fails and
you're without backups, your staff will probably need to reenter client
data from paper documents, costing you valuable time and money. Of
course, that is assuming you have the correct paper documents to restore
your system.
Our supplemental managed services,
on the other hand, allow the current IT staff to spend more time doing
meaningful duties. These services free the internal IT team to maintain
servers without worrying about the toner levels in the printers, and
other mundane activities that rob them of their very precious time.
